Most of our deliveries are made 1-3 days from the time an order is placed, unlike other furniture companies that take weeks for furniture to be delivered.

After you order we will contact you to set up a delivery time. Our teams are available for deliveries all week including evenings and weekends from 9am to 9pm.

Show your courier where you would like your items.

Explain to your courier where you would like your new items. Clear a space two times the size of your item for assembly.

Assembly

Relax while we do the heavy-lifting and assembly

If you would like to provide a tip you can do so with cash at the time of your delivery or online via your account page. 100% of tips go directly to your courier.

Our trained Pivot staff have delivered items in a variety of small doorways and elevators. Rest easy knowing we have never experienced a space that our furniture hasn’t fit through.
